The concept of T-shaped skills, or T-shaped people, is a metaphor used in HR to describe personal skills. The vertical bar of the T represents the depth of knowledge and is related to the techniques in one field, while the horizontal bar represents the ability to collaborate with experts from other areas and apply our knowledge in different areas of  knowledge.
